PETITION under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the first respondent from extending license for running the bar pertaining to the TASMAC shop No.4013 situated at Door No.103, GST Road, Chengalpet, Kancheepuram District to anyone other than the petitioner as he is the highest bidder.

This writ petition has been filed to forbear the first respondent from extending the bar licence to the third respondent.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the third respondent that the licence has not been extended beyond 30.11.2015.
