..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2013 and sanction the education loan applied by the petitioner under the "Canara Bank Education Loan Scheme" on 31.10.2011 under application No.7419 in respect of the petitioner's son J.Surendran who is now studying in the II-year of B.E. Course in Automobile Engineering at Sriram Engineering College, Perumalpattu, Tiruvallur District.
