Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15701 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 in Crime No.1309 of 2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15701 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 in Crime No.1309 of 2020, to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15701 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 is modified https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30.a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
