ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time by two weeks to appear before the lower court in pursuance with order dated 14.11.2019 made in Crl.O.P.No.30630 of 2019.

2. This Court has passed an order on 14.11.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.30630 of 2019, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust and surrender before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. But the petitioner has not complied the condition within the time stipulated by this Court and thereby, the earlier order has got lapsed by efflux of time. 3. Thus, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
