The Writ petition is directed against the impugned notification dated 07.10.2020 made in KKL/MM/V16XC19003/2020, pre-closing the contracts of the petitioner viz. Contract No.9010030657 for hiring 15 Nos. of Mahindra Bolero, Contract No. 9010030658 for hiring 4 Nos of Mahindra Camper and Contract No.9010030659 for hiring 2 Nos., of Tata Zest.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before the Court.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.16121, 16122 and 16514 of 2020 dated 09.12.2020, arising out of similar facts and circumstances in the present case, the present Writ Petition is also dismissed on the same terms. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
