Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2014 submitted on 09.01.2015 and to accept the petitioner's proposal for consensual seat sharing arrangement for the academic year 2015-16 in the ratio of 50:50 i.e., 50% of the total intake to be filled as Management Quota and 50% of the total intake to be filled by the Government of Tamil Nadu under single window counseling system.
