JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff, on instruction, has circulated a letter dated 01.02.2016 stating that the dispute between the plaintiff and the defendants got settled and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this suit.

In the light of the said letter, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
