(Crime No.11 of 2019) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to extension of time of the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court to execute the surety in Crl.O.P.No.6824 of 2020 by order dated 12.10.2020 before the concerned Magistrate.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6824 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6824 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020 with some conditions. Due to the Covid Pandemic situation, the petitioners could not comply with the conditions within stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically canceled.
