This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned order passed by the first respondent dated 10.05.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to enforce the terms of conciliation dated 02.05.2020 and pass orders afresh after affording opportunity to the petitioner within a timeframe. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, this Court may permit the petitioner to canvass all the points before DRAT, Chennai in A.I.R.No.42 of 2023 and R.A.No.50 of 2024.

3.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all the points before DRAT, Chennai in A.I.R.No.42 of 2023 and R.A.No.50 of 2024. No costs.
