ORDER

When the matter was posted on earlier occasions i.e. 22.02.2021 and 08.03.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 15.03.2021 under the caption 'for orders'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. A careful reading of the materials produced, this Court understands that the matter pertains to issue of patta and sub division. The petitioner has already filed a suit in O.S.No.21 of 2012, seeking for declaration of title and the same is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pending. In such circumstances, the representation of the petitioner need not be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the revenue officials with a similar or an appropriate representation after the disposal of O.S.No.21 of 2012.
