In continuation of the earlier order of this Court, dated 28.06.2023, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondents had taken all earnest efforts to trace the petitioner's daughter and that they would complete the investigation expeditiously.

2.The submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is hereby recorded. The respondents are directed to complete the investigation in Cr.No.115 of 2023, and file a final report as expeditiously as possible. No further listing of this matter is required.
