V.Ravi v. The Management Of

R.N.MANJULA, J., W.M.P.No.19640 of 2022 has been filed to implead the proposed party, viz., V.Ravi, as 3rd respondent in the Writ Petition and W.M.P.No.19643 of 2022 has been filed to implead the proposed party, viz., R.Suriya Narayanan, as 3rd respondent in the Writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the Management submitted that the industrial dispute was raised on behalf of four employees and out of the four employees, two employees have settled the matter amicably with the Management and the remaining two employees have come up with these petitions to implead them as party to the proceedings and out of the remaining two employees, it is reported that R.Suriya Narayanan is no more. The learned counsel submitted that the legal heir petition in this regard has already been filed and it has not been numbered.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, W.M.P.No.19640 of 2022 seeking to implead V.Ravi as party to the proceedings is allowed.

4. Taking note of the fact that proposed respondent, R.Suriya Narayanan in W.M.P. No.19643 of 2022 is no more and that a petition has been filed to bring the legal heir of the deceased R.Suriya Narayanan, this Petition is dismissed as abated and Registry is directed to verify whether any petition has been filed to bring the legal heirs of R.Suriya Narayanan on record and if so, tag the said petition along with this petition and list the mater on 28.10.2024. In the result, W.P.No.19640 of 2022 is allowed and W.M.P.No.19643 of 2022 is dismissed as abated.
