ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents to sanction educational loan to the petitioner, based on his application ID/No/5866249.

It is the case of the petitioner that he is studying 4th year B.A.LLB (Hons) Course at School of Excellence in Law, The Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, Chennai. On 17.08.2019, the petitioner applied for sanction of educational loan through on-line vide loan Application ID-586249 before the second respondent-Bank. But, till date, the same has not been processed and the loan has not been sanctioned. Hence, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
10.10.2020, he sent a representation to the respondents requesting them to sanction the educational loan and the same was duly served on the respondents. Since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application, enquire into the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and by affording them an opportunity of personal hearing or virtual hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
