ORDER

(By S.Vaidyanathan,J.) Petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying to direct the first respondent to evict the encroachers in public road in S.No.26 in southern side in 30 feet road and consider and pas orders on the representation preferred by the petitioner, dated 27.10.2020.

2. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, has produced a copy of the communication of third respondent - Additional Divisional Engineer, Highways Department, Krishnagiri, dated 29.11.2023, stating that the encroachments have already been removed. The said communication is scanned below :

3. In view of the above development, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. If the petitioner has still got any grievance, it is open for him to agitate the same in the manner known to law.
