Thani / No. / 2025 and quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to restore the power supply to the petitioners unit in S.F.No.249 /4 A, Athani Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District within time frame fixed by this Honorable Court. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The present Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1642 /2025 / C-4 dated 03/02/2025 on the file of the 2 nd respondent herein and the consequential order passed by the 4 th respondent dated 07/05/2025 made in Letter No.assistant Engineer, Electricity Board / Operation
and Maintenance / west Athani / Va.Vu/ ko. Thani / No. / 2025 and quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to restore the power supply to the petitioners unit in S.F.No.249 /4 A, Athani Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District, within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing of this Writ Petition, the electricity service connection is restored and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
