ORDER

Petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation by way of letters dated 21.7.2014 and 4.3.2015 and pass appropriate orders.

2. The only relief sought for by the petitioner is that they submitted two letters pointing out some rectification that may be made in the assessment by enclosing relevant document and they may be given an opportunity of personal hearing

3. Heard the learned counsel for either side.

4. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this court feels that it is suffice to give a directing for consideration of the petitioner's representations and accordingly, the respondent is directed to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representations of the petitioner submitted by way of letters dated 21.7.2014 and 4.3.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent on 20.4.2015 and the respondent shall pass orders on the representations of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from then.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
