PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in MEMO No.659/2018/A5 dated 28.06.2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and direct the 2nd respondent to alter the date of birth of the petitioner as 05.02.1974 as per the petitioner's Adhaar card in his service records maintained by the Highways Department, Erode Division and reinstate the petitioner into service.
