This petition has been filed to restore the aforesaid main writ petition which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 20.06.2022.

2. Satisfying with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to accept the prayer sought for herein. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered thereby, the main W.P.No.6971 of 2022 is restored to file.
