Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this court feels that it is suffice to give a directing for consideration of the petitioner's representations and accordingly, the respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 23.2.2015 and 10.3.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
