(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12670 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had complied the condition till 12.11.2020 and thereafter not complied.

4.In view of the submissions so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this court is not inclined to modify the conditions.

5. This this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed accordingly for the present.
