By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner 06.11.2023.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, notice is served on the petitioner for the enquiry to be held on 23.07.2024. The statement of the Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

5. Considering the submissions so made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the petitioner is directed appear before the authority on 2/4

23.07.2024 with all relevant documents. The respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2023 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the writ petitioner and also the private respondents, if any.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
