ORDER

This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to produce the body and person of the detenue, by name Mariammal @ Sivsankari, wife of Saravanan, aged about 27 years, who is the wife of the petitioner herein before this Court and set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the detenue has been secured on 23.11.2020 and custody of the detenue was handed over to her father and also the complaint itself has been withdrawn on 2311.2020.

3. In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
