This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner viz., 7(b)the petitioner shall report the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, Namakkal District daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order and also report before the respondent police, daily at 06.30 p.m. until completion of the trial in Crl.O.P.No.6075 of 2023 by its order dated 16.03.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
