(Crime No.2279 of 2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition i.e, 6(b) The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13837 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in in Crl.O.P.No.13837 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13837 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police first working day of every month at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
