(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time fixed by this Court in its order dated 17.03.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.5879 of 2020 in Crime No.312 of 2020 on the file of the respondent.

2. This Court, by an order dated 17.03.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5879 of 2020, has granted Anticipatory Bail with the direction to surrender before the concerned Magistrate within 15 days and on failure of the conditions the order stand automatically cancelled. The petitioner has not surrendered before the Court concerned within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order and though the Court has starting functioning from July 2020, the extension of time petition has not been filed within the stipulated period of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
