ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondents to permit 29 students of the petitioner Industrial School to sit for the examinations to be held on 28.06.2018 and 29.06.2018 or any other subsequent dates and consequently publish their results and to issue the certificate to the successful candidates.

2. Heard Mr.S.Kamadevan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Raja Perumal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. By proceedings of the second respondent / the Regional Joint Director (Training), Chennai Region, Guindy, Chennai-32, dated 25.06.2018, recognition had been granted for the academic year ending with 30.06.2018. Hence, students may be permitted to take up the examination scheduled on 28.06.2018 and 29.06.2018.

4. The petitioner shall adhere to the conditions mentioned in the proceeding dated 25.06.2018 and the allegations made in the last paragraph of the said order, are recorded. In any event, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the same, the students may be permitted to take up the examination scheduled on 28.06.2018 and 29.06.2018.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
