2. In the order dated 06.12.2019, paragraph No.9 stands deleted and substituted as under:- "9. It is hereby clarified that the Advocate Commissioner so appointed shall inspect the property and note down the physical features with the assistance of Village Administrative Officer and land Surveyor and to file a report with rough Sketch and he shall take note of the terms of reference of warrant in execution of the order and he has to inspect the property as per the terms of reference and the report shall not indicate as to who is in possession of the property as required under the law."

3. The petition is clarified accordingly.
