Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to impugned G.O.Ms.No.1371, Public (Law and Order H) Department dated 29.12.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent and the complaint in C.C.No.5 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai filed by the 3rd respondent filed pursuant to impugned G.O.Ms.No.1371 Public (Law and Order H) Department dated 29.12.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same.
