This writ petition has been filed by the Trust for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the Trust requesting for the completion of certain works before conducting Kumbhabisekham for bajanai madam of Arulmighu Srinivasa Perumal temple attached to the bajanai madam. 2.
Heard Mr.T.S.Vijaya Raghavan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents.
3.
On carefully going through the records, it is seen that the works in the Bajanai Madam was hand over to the petitioner and since the same was not completed on time, the stop work notice was issued
by the Executive officer of the temple and subsequently, the work order was also cancelled. The same became a subject matter of challenge before the Joint Commissioner who through proceedings dated 02.06.2022 in RP No.1 of 2022 rejected the same. A further revision has been filed before the Commissioner and the same is pending.
4.
The petitioner has approached this Court with a limited relief for the completion of works that are pending. On going through the representations made by the petitioner, the petitioner has pointed out to three works that has to be completed.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the works are now under taken by the fit person appointed by the temple and that all those works that have been pointed out in the representations made by the petitioner will be carried out by the fit person. 6.
If the pending works pointed out by the petitioner is
completed by the fit person, there will be no grievance for the petitioner and in fact, there may be nothing to consider in the revision that is pending before a Commissioner after the completion of all the works.
7.
The submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded and there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent to take into consideration the representations made by the petitioner and the pending works that have been pointed out and complete the same as undertaken before this Court. The pending work shall be completed within a period of 45 days and thereafter, a date shall be fixed for Kumbhabisekham.
