(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5964 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13058 of 2020, dated 01.09.2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5964 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13058 of 2020, dated 01.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
