The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order passed in R.C.A.No.2 of 2010 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Sub Court) Ariyalur dated 24.07.2013, confirming the 1/3

fair and final order passed in RCOP No.2 of 2009 on the file of the Rent Controller/Principal District Munsif Court, Ariyalur dated 02.09.2010.

2. Today when this Civil Revision Petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the dispute between the landlord and the tenant was settled out of Court. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
