(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the bond with sureties made in Crl.O.P.No.15486 of 2020, dated 01.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 01.10.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15486 of 2020, however, he got the order copy on 16.10.2020. Therefore, the petitioner was unable to surrender and execute the sureties. Hence, he seeks extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
