No.19 of 2017 and Admission No.248/2016-17 dated 28.07.2017 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to readmit the petitioner's son K.Ajay for the academic year 2018-19 in the 2nd year 3rd Semester in Diploma in Electronic and Communication Engineering of the 2nd respondent college to pursue his studies.
