ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner apprehends that the existing high tension line would be shifted, and that his enjoyment of his property is thereby disturbed. Therefore, he has moved this petition.

3.Dr.Arunkumar, the learned Standing Counsel for TNEB takes notice for the respondents, who on instructions, informed the court that the respondents have not even decided on the alignment for the change of the high tension line pursuant to certain representation / request from a third party. 2/4

4.The respondents are now required to take note of this writ petition and treat the same as notice or representation by the petitioner in this regard, and decide the issue in accordance with law, and if necessary, after holding an enquiry and an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner before the alignment is finalized. 5.This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly with the above direction. No Costs.
