Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the bail condition imposed in Para 5(c)by this court while granting bail in Crl.O.P.No.15998/2020 vide order dated 13.10.2020. For Petitioners : Mr.S.Nirmal Aditya For Respondent : Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15998 of 2020 dated 13.10.2020, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15998 of 2020 dated 13.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
