ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the the 2nd and 3rd respondents to survey the land situated in S.No.179/3, T.K.Pillai Village, Cuddalore measuring to an extent of 2152 sq.ft., based on the representation and Echallan receipt dated 29.09.2023 and 15.05.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted a representations on 29.09.2023 and 15.05.2024 with a request for surveying the petitioner's land, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 29.09.2023 and 15.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
