ORDER

The matter is today listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court on 20.01.2026 while disposing the writ petition held as follows: "13. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:

"Since the petitioner has undertaken to complete the construction of the approach road and the box type culvert and has completed only the approach road, with the construction of the box type culvert still pending, the petitioner shall complete the same within a period of two months from today.""

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner completed the construction of the box type culvert and further submitted that this Court did not pass the consequential order on 20.01.2026.

4.The order of this Court dated 20.01.2026 has been complied with.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court by way of clarification petition.
