Court, Dharmapuri, in O.P.No.177/2022 dated 08.02.2024, in which, the petition filed by the appellant/husband seeking divorce was dismissed.

2. Today, the appellant and the respondent are present before this Court. A memo dated 20.01.2025 has been filed by the appellant/husband stating that the matter has been settled among themselves through the intervention of the family members and now, they are living together and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.

3. The aforesaid memo dated 20.01.2025 is recorded. In view of the memo filed by the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
