(Crime No.2 of 2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition i.e., 6 (ii) the 1st petitioner shall report before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruppur every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed on the 1st petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5772 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7951 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020 by this Court.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in in Crl.M.P.No.5772 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7951 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020, that the 1st petitioner before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruppur every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders,

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5772 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7951 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
