This application has been filed seeking leave to institute a suit within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the application, it had been stated that part of the cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, where the Annual General Meeting of the 1st defendant had been held on 11.11.2023 in Chennai, which meeting, the plaintiffs have sought a declaration as null and void. It has been averred that several cases arising against the defendants had been instituted before this Court.

4.In view of the above, leave is sought. Leave is granted. This application stands allowed. The Registry to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
