When it is pointed out by the Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the First to Third Respondents that the Petitioner cannot call upon the authorities to enter his name in the revenue records without getting the documents executed and registered by some other parties relating to a property claimed to be owned by him declared as null and void and not binding upon him by the jurisdictional Civil Court invoking Section 31 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963, and it is only dependent upon the outcome of the same, the question of considering the claim of the Petitioner for entering his name in the revenue records could arise for consideration, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition with liberty to institute suit impleading necessary parties before the jurisdictional Civil Court for effectual and complete adjudication of the matter and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. It is hastened to clarify here that no view has been expressed by this Court on the correctness or entitlement of the claim made by the Petitioner with regard to the property. No costs.
