Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DEEPAN UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner has not complied with the conditional order passed by this Court dated 28.04.2018.

Hence, this Court is not inclined to extend the time. The trial Court is directed to secure the custody of accused. The Registry is directed to list all the Crl.RC.s on 14.03.2019 for final disposal.
