ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 03.09.2018 consequently issue a rectified patta Nos.2922, 3674 & 1659 in the names of the petitioner & family only, for the lands comprised in survey Nos.108/8, 101/1A3, 102/1 & 100 (Well portion) measuring 0.11 cents, 0.42 cents, 3.40 acres & 0.06 cents, respectively, situated at Sholinghur Village, Walaja Taluk, Vellore District.
Heard Mr.P.Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent, Mr.S.Shanmugam, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 8 & 10, Mr. P.Suresh Babu, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 & 7. The petitioner made representation dated 03.09.2018 for issuance of rectified patta Nos.2922, 3674 & 1659 in favour of the petitioner and his family, for the lands comprised in survey Nos.108/8, 101/1A3, 102/1 & 100, to an extent of 0.11 cents, 0.42 cents, 3.40 acres & 0.06 cents, respectively, situated at Sholinghur Village.
The subject property now falls within the jurisdiction of the Ranipet District, in view of the bifurcation of the district. In this regard, the Tahsildar, Sholinghur Taluk, conducted enquiry and recorded the statement of the Village Administrative Officer and Revenue Inspector on 20.09.2021. Thereafter, the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Sholinghur Taluk also submitted his report dated 11.11.2021 and the same has been sent to the second respondent to make correction in the UDR on 10.01.2022.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry as per the report submitted by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Sholinghur Taluk, dated 11.11.2021, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter party if any, and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
