The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 10.07.2014, passed in I.A.No.1631 of 2014 in O.S.No.13270 of 2010, by the learned judge, VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. 1/3

2. Today when this Civil Revision Petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner present and made a submission that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent has already been settled out of Court and hence the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision petition. In this regard, he has also made an endorsement.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
