It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the petition given by the petitioner for conducting cultural programme has been rejected by the respondent police and even the same had been admitted by the petitioner himself in the criminal original petition. However, according to the petitioner's counsel, the copy of the rejection order has not been served on the petitioner.

2.Accordingly, the respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the rejection order to the petitioner. In such view of the matter, nothing further survives in this criminal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
