ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2025 made to the respondents, seeking to immediately stop the platform widening work at Avvai Shanmugham Salai, Gopalapuram, Chennai and to revert the same to its original state, within a time frame.
2. When the matter is taken up, Mr.DBR. Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 states that the representation dated 16.05.2025 will be disposed of within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is recorded.
3. Till the disposal of the representation, status quo shall be maintained. The orders passed by the respondents on the representation shall be a reasoned one.
