This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15399 of 2022 on 04.07.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petition is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
