Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 18.3.2014 in O.A.No.1134 of 2011, confirming the orders of the second and third respondents in (i) No.E(P&A) I-2010/RT-2 (R.B.E.No.131/2010) dated 11.9.2010 and (ii) No.SA/P.136/Co-ord./LARGESS/2011 dated 15.6.2011 respectively, to quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondents 2 to 4 to grant relaxation to the limited extent of prescribing the age limit from 52 to 57 for applicability of teh LARGESS insofar as the petitioners are concerned and appoint the second petitioner in a suitable Ward Category Post based on his eligibility.
