Today when these petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both CRPs submitted that the Suit pertains to these two Civil Revision Petitions has been disposed of before the trial Court. The learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and he also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Civil Revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
