Prayer in WP.7739/2015:Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus by issuing suitable direction directing the 2nd respondent herein to regularize the suspension period from 16.2.2008 to 8.12.2008 as duty for all purposes and consequently confer the upgraded Post Special Sub Inspector of Police with effect from the date on which the petitioner's batch mates are conferred with due regards to petitioner's seniority and also confer all the attendant and consequential benefits.
